Dog Poo-ing Around ....

Do you realize that dogs, after a meeting or two, they would want to sit or poo at the same place, as this is a sign of guarding your territory.  The animals will wee on the spot, so that other dogs, who smell it, knows that the place has been occupied..

Recently, along the stretch of covered walkway from Block 766 to Block 771A Multi Story Car Park, a kind resident has been informing us on the places with dog poo and we thank him for his efforts to be our eyes, so that we can arrange for it to be cleared as soon as possible without inconveniencing others.

Do help us look after our precient and work towards a clean and safe environment for families to enjoy.

Staircase Toilet ?

On 9 June 2012 at 1.00am, we went for our regular “Citizens On Patrol”.  It was pouring heavily and during our patrols,  we saw at Block 789 staircase landing, mezzanine level between level 1 & 2, had a circular item on the floor that looked like beef patty.

On closer examination, we were shocked to discover that it was human faeces ! Gosh, we are thankful that the heavy rain washed away the smell of urine that came with it.

Stool at staircase landings .... Block 763

This is the 1st post in this new blogsite after Yew Tee Zone 9 RC has been renamed to Chua Chu Kang Zone 9 RC.  We will be slowly updating all the fields and seek residents patience as we make changes internally.

Today at 9am, we received a call from a resident residing at Block 763, that there was shit at her staircase landings, which was not cleared after 1 week ... even the person who did the block washing missed it !! Immediately, the RC activated the Town Council cleaners and immediately within 15 mins, the stool was gone.  The resident was very understanding to let us know that she is aware the cleaners are new to the estate, but the RC is keeping an eye on the cleaners for this lapse, which is unacceptable.

We thank the resident for her tolerance and grace.  Our RC and Town Council is indeed appreciative for the posture of our resident.
