Anyone know who is this corridor thief or find him familiar ? He was moving up and down the corridor, before finally deciding his pick ....
In just "one scoop", a pair of shoes went missing. Residents are advised to keep their shoes which they cannot afford to lose indoors, or it may end up on another person's feet in no time ....
This is really bad - does putting up posters, signages deter such petty thiefs, I wonder?
